This is the perfect rash guard because it fits snugly, stretches without sagging, and it’s still long enough in the sleeves and torso. The colors available and the style are nice as well.

As with all rash guards, you need to get the sizing right; remember, those rash guards are made to fit tight to the body and to be worn under a wetsuit.

Rash guards were originally made to wear under a wetsuit. They were to prevent rubbing and chafing, which can be a problem with long days of surfing or scuba diving, and they also help improve the warmth to some extent.
They need to be very tight since no one wants to be in the water and have a loose shirt moving around and creeping up to your armpits under your wetsuit.
The material is very stretchy in this rash guard. You should have no problem doing all the different swimming, boarding, and diving forms. Consider that in the water, the rash guard will probably loosen up a bit.
Several people have advised buying a size smaller than you normally wear since rash guards tend to stretch and get baggy. It makes it hard to put on but you will get the hang of it.
